I believe everyone is unique and that authenticity in the way we lead our working lives is crucially important for our well-being and success. 

"Choosing someone you can work with on progressing your career is an important decision. I’d like to convince you that making the first step to talk to Marion to see if things will ‘fit’ is well worth doing. It’s exactly what I did 13 years ago. Back then it was a coffee and a chat, which led to helping shape a new role for me and to 12 happy years working together. What impresses me most about Marion is her positivity. It’s so easy to get bogged down in the complexity of work with all its challenges and disappointment.
