About me

Throughout my career I have been privileged to be appointed to numerous national and international leadership positions. I have also held many consultative positions in the UK and overseas and been awarded multiple prestigious honours, including an MBE in the Queen’s New Year Honours list for my services to stroke rehabilitation research.

I have significant experience in leading equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives. I was appointed as the first Associate Pro Vice Chancellor of equality, diversity and inclusion at the University of Nottingham and led the organisation to its Silver Athena SWAN Charter Mark success.
 
I hold a Diploma in executive coaching and am an accredited executive coach.
